I reinstalled the TOS.

I attempted to again backup, it still crashes.

I am trying to backup my TNAS F2-221 still using TOS4. When trying to backup using USB Copy to an external hard drive. The server interface crashes and I cannot log back into my server. The sever still shows up on the TNAS PC app on my Mac, but I cannot log in. What do I do?
