Sounds like a permissions or ownership problem... you might want to SSH in and compare the permission on your top folder with the lower level ones.

Then you have to talk to Emby team about your Emby membership issue. I ran into this problem and figured out why it is occurring. It is because TOS 5 is proxying Emby for no reason with NGINX.
