I have identified an issue where file manage is not seeing files uploaded via FTP. These files are being direct uploaded to the server via FTP. When logging into either the admin account or the direct account setup for the FTP uploads I show nothing in the folder when looking through File manager on...

This still hasn't been fixed... should have backed up 28 photos.... got 4

This still hasn't been fixed in the latest update. Should have had 16 items backed up and got 1 and not even the latest one but a random one.

Tried again today... should have backed up 17 only backed up 1

I have found that the TNAS Mobile 3 is not fully backing up photos even when it says it backed them up. I have attached where it says it backed up the photos as well as the photos showing but when I go to the folder only 1 shows up.

If the indexed data is incorrect, you can rebuild the index.

Running TOS 5.0.176-00227 and system shows its the current version.

How do you rebuild the index? I only see options to turn it on and off.

Another clue this may be the case is when accessing Photos on the TNAS Mobile 3 app I can see photos from the folder that shouldn't be being indexed.
