@TMroy thanks for your answer! I want to confirm another response here: changing the system language to English allows you to install the apps.

Hi! New user of F2-210, i'm using the file published in the ARM-TOS 4.2 section (plex_TOS_APP_1.29.0.6244-aarch64.tpk) and it doesn't install.
