same prob as previous poster, can add camera but no live view of them

ok, prob solved after rebooting the camera, TNAS and router, now run into the second prob which is cannot get live view

I have recently purchased the tapo c210 and c200 camera which according to the tapo website the ports are ONVIF Service Port: 2020 RTSP Service Port: 554 which is the same as the tapo c210. i have created a portforward for the 554 and successfuly added the tapo c210 how i cannot add the 2nd camera w...

Hi, manual backup also not working, I clicked on start now and the loading icon just keep on spinning then after while the app just closed.

So what’s the update in this? Prior upgrading to this version of Tnas mobile app on my iPhone I can backup fine!!!

Thanks, I need to backup all files as I need to free space on my phone. Lots, close to 190Gb, does it matter?
