If the capacity is in "other", it is likely to be a snapshot.
You can log in to ssh and run du -sh /Volume1/*
to view the volume 1 folder's occupied capacity.

Have you tried searching for the IP address of the NAS using the TNAS PC? Can you search for it normally?
