Unable to use SMB file service
I cannot access my TNAS through SMB file service on my mac or windows computer. But if I use the same credentials I can login in the browser. I confirmed that my user has access to the shared folders. I am also unable to SSH into the device. I'm using OS 4.2.41.

I bought it in April 2020 I believe.
It seems to have the same behavior even with the hard drives removed. It stays on for a few minutes, then beeps and shuts off. Sometimes it comes back on by itself. I have trouble accessing/logging into the machine even when the lights are on.

F2-210 Beeps Then Shuts Off Randomly
My TNAS beeps and then turns off. I have no idea why. If I'm fast enough, I can login to the TNAS on my computer and see that the device says it is "operating normally".
