browser issue on 2 systems

rebooted computer 3 or 4 times
cleared data
used chrome and Edge
and 2 different none local computers both on different networks

Only when I log in from a remote computer to the nas

Ok i have a good one
log in local all is fine
mobile all is fine

BUT when i log in via remote nothing is in english... and no way to change it
I don't know what language its in but its a real mess

where is this in TOS 5.0?
My system is reporting a raid error after someone pulled a drive by mistake

I dont see the repair raid in 5.0
I hope i haven't lost my data
