Try editing the shared folder permissions and tick the option to inherit permissions when editing. If this still doesn't work, contact the technical support team to look at it remotely.

It is possible that the backup has been made several times. For each backup, the phone only shows the number of photos that have been backed up at that time, while the pc shows the number of all photos backed up.

What is the version of the application TNAS Mobile 3? You can see this in the "Settings" section of the app.
The latest version of the app is compatible with the 5.1.17 TOS version.

Tnas Mobile 3 backs up all the photos you choose every time, but filters out the ones that have been successfully backed up.
