Same issue. Terra-Master website is having problems. It will not load or slow to load… Hopefully they will get their site back online soon.

I am new to TOS and so far love it. Out of all the NAS companies out there, I picked Terra-Master because I have had a 5 bad DAS for a few years and love it. I was looking at TOS and features and one thing that is listed and even is mentioned in the TOS 5 instructions is the compatibility with BackB...
