Thx. No Problem on the F4-220, 5.1.95 works well and the SMB Speed is at 113 Mb/s with activatet schedules. Problems with SMB Speed only on F2-221 when schedules are activatet.

Clean install on F2-221 an the SMB Speed still drops to 21 Mb/s
No Problems with 4.2.40, i dont understand why.
