I have looked at the guide - this means I must take out all the drives? Does this mean I lose all my stored media on there?

I hope this is in the right section. My TNAS has started disappearing every three days or so. It cannot be seen in Windows explorer, and when I try to login to it with the PC program it says no TNAS can be found. I then have to physically turn it off and back on again. Then I can access the files on...

Thank you, this worked well. One more question, is there a way to see what is stored on the TNAS via Windows Explorer? At the moment when I click on the TNAS icon it opens a browser window.

I just set up the Terra-Master F5-221. It is on RAID 6, but I would like to change it to RAID 5 before I start filling it. When it was setting up it never gave me an option to select which RAID.
