Please refer to the article for troubleshooting: https://forum.terra-master.com/en/viewtopic.php?t=508 The DNS was showing as 8.8.8.8 - I'm not an expert so I wasn't to confident in accessing SSH...

Re: F2-210 - Internet Disconnected
The disconnected message refers to the Internet not the lan. Check your TOS firewall settings. You probably have settings enabled which are blocking all inbound connections. This is how I keep my settings 99% of the time. I only disable the Internet blocking to update TOS. Firewall disabled, still ...

Re: F2-210 - Internet Disconnected
Unless you actively use TNAS Mobile, the current state of disconnected is actually going to aid in the prevention of those attacks. Otherwise, you'll likely need to reconfigure your network config through SSH to be able to retain them. This thread has similar instructions: https://forum.terra-maste...

F2-210 - CPU @98%
My F2-210 is running at 98%, like a post below I have emailed Terramaster support and received no feedback.
There seems to be one process which is utilising a high amount of the CPU, the process has a strange name: r3hnvnqnm7najbf
Is there a way to delete this process?

F2-210 - No response
My F2-210 has recently stopped working within the last 24 hours, I am unable to access the device from either the desktop app or mobile app. The device does not respond to the power on/off button; the only option would be to switch it off via the mains which i have not done yet. Only HDD 1 has an ac...
