Thanks for the answer. I have one other question. The manual for the D5-300 is very meager, I didn't find anything on Terramaster's website either. What exactly is the clone mode supposed to do? A description of supported RAID modes would certainly not be bad. Terramaster doesn't say a word about it...

There is no firmware to download, only TerraMaster RAID Manager.
Where can I check if my firmware is up to date?

I have bought D5-300. How can I find the latest firmware for the device? Terramaster does not give any information.
