Permissions settings solved not a bug in this update, tho the list doesn't conform to the window still. please take a look at that as it makes the 11th item impossible to click. i had to clear my old credentials, restart my pc and set permissions in "shared folder" or "user" with...

i would love the ability to do this, i would go buy a das tomorrow if i can use it as a second bay of drives for my f5-422

perhaps terramaster can look into implementing this for us

tho i'm not sure if this is the kind of permissions im having trouble with, its more user access im having trouble with.

still, im going to give this a go as i consider file attributes necessary

and apart from permissions not working, if you have more than 10 folders it bugs out and doesn't list the remainder on the next page

i followed the instructions to update from 4.2.32...

Hey, just installed this from 4.2.39

i seem to be having issues setting access permissions

strange when i disable the guest account i can still access shares, but if i set the guest account to deny it blocks it to the admin account.

am i missing something?

don't know what i did, but now i can access my nas from my phone and all my pc's once again

hopefully terramaster can work this problem out to prevent it from happening to other users...

saw 5.0.155 was released, tried this too

same white screen, no hdd activity, no access via putty but nas is visible via samba and all my old folders are visible nut inaccessible because credentials seem to have changed.

back to square 1

all my folders are visible and the nas is visible, i just cant log into the ui or change settings or passwords...
