After you create a volumes for each drive you simply need to create a shared folder on each drive. Then you map to the shared folder.

Hmm, well it could be your file sizes. Try zipping your files into a single zip file to see if your speeds match mine. As you know smaller file sizes will dramatically change file transfer speeds.

I think we are not matching conditions so we are seeing different results. I am using a 10gbs network card across a 10gb network switch to the 10gbs port on the NAS. My Desktop drive is m.2 NVME 1.2GB/s so the PC is fully capable of saturating a 10gbs network and max out the NAS potential top speed....

After re-reviewing the thread you linked, his solution was to replace the NAS with one of your competitors models. I mean, I could do that as well if there is no solution to the issue, but seems like that should not be the answer.

Here is an example of the real world transfer speeds moving 7GB in files to an M.2 Nvme desktop drive from the NAS and then back. Higher speeds are with out Cache.
