Security Isolation mode disconnects the internet, hence no apps. You need to leave isolation mode long enough to install apps.

I am currently on Ver 4.2.09 since it does have support for a usb to 2.5gbe nic.
Do you know if TOS 5 has support for 2.5 gbe via USB or do I need to stick with this old version?

I stand corrected, I was on version TOS 4.2.09 and I upgraded to TOS 4.2.14 just now and that stopped my 2.5gbe from working any longer.

I have the F2-221, and I use a Club3D USB to 2.5gbe adapter with no issues.
