F2-420 user here, So I understand if we update to TOS 5.1 we lose the ability to use hardware encoding with plex. Is this reversible by re-updating to an OLDER TOS version?

I had this same problem after updating the NAS to 4.2.32, here is how I got it fixed. Everything you find on google won't work because the root cause of this problem is the NAS itself.
