Re: 2.5G Adaptor TOS 5.1.67 F5-221
Ok, installed Windows 10 Pro on a Proxmox VM and with that it was possible to flash the device. With Windows11 it didn't work on 3 PCs. Now it's working.

Re: 2.5G Adaptor TOS 5.1.67 F5-221
I updated to TOS 5.1.123 and nothing changed. Still the TerraMaster A-USBLAN-2.5G Adaptor is not working on my NAS. I also tried on a Linux PC with Fedora 39 - no problem.

Re: 2.5G Adaptor TOS 5.1.67 F5-221
Verify it works in another OS. If it does work there, you might need to apply this to the Terra-Master 2.5 Gbps USB Ethernet adapter: https://forum.terra-master.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=82&t=5257&p=30301&sid=88d56ff5decbe8c5eb42009f02965f1b#p30301 Well, I tried it on 3 Windows 11 PCs and ...

Re: 2.5G Adaptor TOS 5.1.67 F5-221
I already rebooted several times. The adaptor is shown unter lsusb, but not in ip a nor under Network Interfaces in GUI. I also found an older post where someone had the same problem and only got it to work till 5.0.176 and that topic is locked without a solution. https://forum.terra-master.com/en/v...

2.5G Adaptor TOS 5.1.67 F5-221
Hello,
I just bought the 2.5G USB-A Adaptor, because I wanted to upgrade my network to 2.5G.
The 2.5G Adaptor is listed under lsusb but I can't find it under interfaces and it doesn't request an IP over DHCP.
Does anybody know how to fix this other than going back to 5.0.176?

Bring back the Texteditor in TOS 5
It's kind of annoying, that with TOS 5 there is no Texteditor in the App Store anymore. For sure you can run things in Terminal, but sometimes it was just good going directly into the file. So please reintegrate a Texteditor.

Thank you! Maybe then use EXT4 instead of NTFS?crisisacting wrote: ↑11 May 2023, 23:20 According to their FAQ, that file system is not supported via USB: https://www.terra-master.com/global/faq ... l/?id=4412
