Are you saying it *must* be USB3.0 or higher? right now I have a Raspberry pi with USB 2.0 and all that is recognized is the USB hub in the TD2 Thunderbold3 Plus. The disks seem not available (assuming I am doing the right thing to bring up the thunderbolt devices on linux, had not done it before).

Is the TD2 Thunderbold3 Plus usable on linux?

Hi there, I see my linux (raspian) regonizes some new hardware when I plug the drive via a USBC-USBA adapter. The adapter works on my Mac, so I think that is not a problem. Still when I connect the TD2 to my linux box I do not get to see the devices in neither `parted` `print devices` nor `fdisk -l`...
