I was hit very hard as well. I realized after doing Terramaster's suggested reinstall that it removed Deadbolts decryption software. Yes, I created it myself. My Plex server resides on another computer and would access this folder over the network.

No sign of it. I notice in the File Manager when I click My share it says it is owned by the root.

This has happened to my F4-220. The shared folder used for Plex media has disappeared. I went to Users but see no MORE drop-down. I cannot find anything that refers to "Enable User Home Directory." I am running TOS ver 4.1.30-2008051459. I have 2 drives as RAID 1 and both are testing good ...
