Please check if your BIOS version is between V16 and V22, it could be supported if BIOS is between V16 and V22, otherwise it's not supported.
I'm assuming MAPL0306V17 would be V17?

Any word on whether the U4-111 will be supported?

Thanks!

Re: [Help] NFS Hangs after a day or two

No messages on the client. It seems like NFS is working just enough to hang the client. New mount attempts just hang. iSCSI still seems to work... some of the NFS clients are VMs running off iSCSI LUNs on the same filer , with no issues other than NFS stops working. The only other bit of information...

[Help] NFS Hangs after a day or two

Hi All, I am running 6.0.650, and am having some persistent issues with NFS. After about a day or two, mounts on client stop working. On the TNAS side, attempting to restart the nfs-server service using systemctl doesn't work, resulting in the following logs: Apr 03 06:56:08 TNAS systemd[1]: Finishe...

Does this (or another release) support the U4-111?

How do the iSCSI LUN permissions work?

In particular, I am wondering how the "Custom" permissions work... is Host/Domain looking for a hostname, an IP address, etc? In my experience, putting a valid domain name in the field effectively prevents the initiators from connecting.

This is under 5.1.29.

Re: iscsiadm: No portals found

Try setting it to use "All network interfaces", rather than just LAN1. I have had similar issues under TOS5.1, where enabling just one NIC in the target settings results in no access to ISCSI.

Re: LAN 3 Interface missing on U4-111 after upgrade to 5.1.29

Looks like this was my bad. I read the release notes for 5.1.29, but did not check the release announcement here in the forums. You can't directly upgrade from 5.0.176 to 5.1.29... you have to hit the lower version of 5.1 first. Reinstalling to 5.1.29 and restoring a configuration backup did the tri...

LAN 3 Interface missing on U4-111 after upgrade to 5.1.29

Hi all, I upgraded from 5.0.176 to 5.1.29 today on my U4-111. After the upgrade, the LAN 3 (10Gbps) interface is completely missing. Doing a little digging in the CLI, it looks like some of the driver modules are missing... looking in /lib/modules/4.19.165+/kernel/ , the atlantic.ko module is presen...

Snapshots and Backups of iSCSI LUNs

It would be great to be able to take a snapshot of an iSCSI LUN. For example, you might want to take a snapshot prior to patching, performing an upgrade, etc. Also, the location of the backing files for the LUNs isn't listed anywhere, making them difficult to backup. It might be nice to show where t...
