It seems that IPv6 does work on an ARM device running 4.2.41
ifconfig reports eth0 as having an IPv6 address.
How do I disable IPv6?
There are no options to do this on networking section in the Control Panel.

I've just run into this problem.
WOL worked after a normal shutdown.
