Re: How to repair a corrupted file system?
I lost the ability to connect to my F2-221 earlier today. No TNAS desktop access, no Portainer access, can't get to my web interfaces for a couple of apps running in Portainer, no ability to mount it as a network drive.. So I am attempting to repair my installation using this guide but after step 2,...

Re: Frustrations with TOS v5
I managed to figure it out. When I did the initial update, I was following a video guide that mentioned using the Custom option (IIRC) to upload the new firmware. I did that and had even tried resetting it a couple of times after that initial installation, but it was never really stable. I ended up ...

Frustrations with TOS v5
I upgraded to v5 due to Docker issues. I thought I had mostly resolved these by installing Docker Manager and the necessary components and then installing Portainer-CE 2.20.1 via an SSH session. Attempting to restore my pihole ran into space issues, so that's hosed. However, it seems I am stuck in a...

Re: PiHole in Docker on F2-221 (TOS 4.2.40)
Finally figured it out. The IP stuff I was seeing is just internal to the container and not a factor.
Network has to be host, not bridge.
Web_port variable needs to be added to Environment

Re: PiHole in Docker on F2-221 (TOS 4.2.40)
Still poking around with this and still having issues. But I wonder/believe if the issue has anything to do with the fact that in the pihole's Network Overview it shows the eth0 of the NAS as having an IP of 172.17.0.3 despite my having the ServerIP defined on the Environment tab in Docker as that o...

PiHole in Docker on F2-221 (TOS 4.2.40)
I know these are subjects that have been asked and answered before, but I cannot seem to get PiHole working in a Docker container. I have Jellyfin running fine along side Portainer and have had a PiHole running on a RPi for years (was on a 3b now on a 4) I tried to follow this guide: https://www.wun...
