How to wipe data on Raid 1 hard drives and re-format them?
How to wipe every data on Raid 1 hard drives by re-formatting them and re-initiate the NAS from clean? I have F2-210. Don't see a function like this in TOS. My files on NAS got infected so I want to re-format everything.

I have a Terra-Master F2-210. I created a folder under the root folder, FolderA, in addition to the public, appdata folders under the root folder by default. FolderA is one of the Shared Folders. However, when I try to access FolderA with the admin username and password in the "Network" of...

Can't enter MySQL using default username and password for MariaDB with F2-210
I cannot enter the MySQL server using MariaDB on F2-210 that I newly bought. MariaDB is the first application that I installed. I have used username root and password admin but they don't work. These are the default user name and password from MariaDB. I haven't changed other settings. Please help.

Re: Cannot connect to F2-210 with web browser or SMB file after resetting system configuration
I don't think that's the reason because not only my PC but aslo my Mac can't find the device either. Anyways I still tried and I still can't see TNAS device anywhere on my PC or Mac. The device doesn't show up anywhere in SMB file://192.168.1.xxx on PC, or TNAS PC app, or Macbook "Locations&quo...

Re: Cannot connect to F2-210 with web browser or SMB file after resetting system configuration
I have shutdown the power and rebooted the device but now, the TNAS PC app says "No TNAS device was found".
All 4 front LED lights are ON, showing green colour.
Haven't changed/moved Ethernet cable since when the system was working fine last time.
What should I do? Please help.

Cannot connect to F2-210 with web browser or SMB file after resetting system configuration
I have reset the system configurations on the F2-210 after a system upgrade and after that, I saw a brief message in the web browser page, saying "fatal error" referring to database. I didn't pay attention to the details. (I installed MariaDB on the device an hour ago but was never able to...
