Hi Iron Horse Thanks for your response. Following each of your points... 1. Mac OS is fully up to date 2. Mac can only see Thunderbolt 3 array after driver install, not after reboot.
My Mac Mini was previously happily working with my 5 bay T3 external RAID DAS. It then stopped seeing the disk array for reasons I don't understand. I decided to reinstall the Terramaster RAID driver. I have followed these instructions https://forum.terra-master.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=66&t=2463#...

Just to add my voice. Updated to Big Sur. All worked for a while. Now trying to rebuild a disk in a RAID 1 array - every time I leave it I come back to a crashed and powered-down Intel Mac. Really stressful.
