Re: RAID Manager Installation Guide (macOS Monterey 12.0.1 or later)
Hello, where can I download the version for 12.0 and above? When I click on the link it takes me to this page instead of downloading a zip file.

Re: Raid Manager Mac OS Monterey
Please confirm your model. Currently, the RAIDManager of the D5-300 model is not compatible with Mac OS Monterey. We are still developing a Monterey RAIDManager client. If the D5-300 model is used, you can run it on Mac OS10.X RAIDManager, create a RAID mode, use D5-300 on macOS Monterey. If your p...

Re: Raid Manager Mac OS Monterey
This is unacceptable. You have had many months since the first beta announcements and releases of Monterey. Nevermind that the app looks like a teenager's drawing ... if you're taking that long the app better be worth the wait. I'm tired of waiting and bought a Sabrent enclosure instead, it has USB ...

Re: Raid Manager Mac OS Monterey

It is a D5-300C. No need for inspection. It might have been due to upgrade to Mojave, then Catalina. Somewhere there the partitions got deleted. The RAID definitions are intact without installing HW RAID Manager (so I'm assuming no kernel extensions were installed and not required?). For anyone expe...

Re: Large and RAID1 not recognized after Catalina upgrade
Installing raid manager did not fix this.
The partitions had been deleted.
Dr. Drill recovery app found the deleted partition and restoring files now.

Large and RAID1 not recognized after Catalina upgrade
Help! I just upgraded to macOS Catalina and my drives are no longer recognized by my Disk Utility. RAID master was installed when my Mac was running High Sierra. It was upgraded to Mojave, then Catalina. Once upgraded to Catalina, Disk Utility can see there are 2 drives (1 is an 8T RAID 1 RAID1 disk...

How to save email settings for D5-300?
Hi there, I have filled out the form for email notifications. However, when I click on "Send Mail Test" it does not send the email. If I uncheck the SSL box, it returns an error indicating "530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first". That comes from the SMTP server, so it con...
