Same settings plus the dock removed, so far no crashes.

UPDATE: resetting has now changed to random shut downs. Same error log. Now I tried removing a thunderbolt dock and see if it will change anything. I will update.

This worked for me, so far. Disable all of these in Preferences > Energy Saver.

UPDATE: disabled all of these, first night without a panic. Let's see how it goes.

I did this and I'm still experiencing the crashes and restarts.

I got a TD2 Thunderbolt 3 connected to an iMac 2019, with two enterprise Seagates in it. Ever since Big Sur, it's just constant crashing and restarting.
