Thank you. My D5 Thunderbolt 3 is now working. I reinstalled the MacOS, removed the old RAID drive, then used the latest driver you provided. Appreciate your help.

Re: RAS No Longer Working after Mac OS Upgrade
Hmm. Unfortunately, when I go to disable security, I only have two choices - either to add a password for firmware protection or to remove firmware protection. I do not see all the other choices displayed for the T1 chip, such as security levels for secure boot or allowed boot media. I am running v3...

RAS No Longer Working after Mac OS Upgrade
I recently upgraded my Mac OS to Big Sur 11.5.2 and can no longer see/access my RAS. I have unloaded and reloaded the HighPointRR driver multiple times per the your past instructions. Upon loading the driver, I get the message saying the driver was successfully loaded, but can't seem to upload the d...

Re: TerraMaster D5 Thunderbolt 3 5-Bay Stops Working
Tried to uninstall and reinstalled the RAID driver. However, received the message that macOS can't repair the disk. Any advice to get it working properly again?

Re: TerraMaster D5 Thunderbolt 3 5-Bay Stops Working
Hi again, My Mac had an emergency update to macOS Big Sur version 11.1 a week or so ago, where I had to upgrade the system via a safe boot. Unfortunately, the TerraMaster D5 is exhibiting the same symptoms as before and unstable. Have you heard this from anyone else? Do I need to repeat what I did a...

Re: TerraMaster D5 Thunderbolt 3 5-Bay Stops Working
Thank you so much. Your link solved my problem. I had updated to macOS Big Sur about a week ago, so that was the source of my problem. I successfully removed the older RAID driver and replaced it with the current version. It's been about 10 hours and I've not had a problem since replacing the driver...

TerraMaster D5 Thunderbolt 3 5-Bay Stops Working
I have two Terra Master D5 Thunderbolt 3's with 5 Seagate Iron Wolf Hard Drives each about 40 TBs of capacity. Original D5 (circa 2018) with about 30 TBs of data would run for about an hour then stop working. Just started happening about two weeks ago. Bought 2nd D5 (circa 2020) so I can back up the...
