Re: New Shared Folders don't show on networked MACs
After verification, it was found that if you set "Unrestricted" for the first time, you may not be able to access through SMB, and the problem can be solved when you reset the permission once.
This will be fixed in a future version.

Re: Is it posible to take off HDD from D5-300 and put in another D5-300?
If your device is also a D5-300 like the owner, your idea will work. When you put the original hard drives back in and boot up the D5-300, you can still access the data on the drives.

Re: How to Install and Initialize My Newly Purchased TNAS Device?
Regarding the first and second points you mentioned, it is possible. Regarding the third point, if you use SSD for system and storage, you cannot use it for caching. The FAQ & User Guides module is dedicated to the official website staff. Occasionally we migrate excellent guide articles from fo...

Re: Dublicate Finder
Are you mentioning Deduplication Manager within TOS APP Center? It only supports merging duplicate files by hard linking them to save capacity, there is no ability to delete files. It doesn't support handling files on USB for now. If you want to delete duplicate files, you can use a third party de-d...

Re: F2-423 & D6-320 RAID
Yes you can.
You need to pay attention to the following:
1. The drives in the D6-320 cannot form the same RAID as the drives in the F2-423.
2.You need to boot the D6-320 before booting the F2-423 so that the F2-423 can successfully recognise the RAID in the D6-320.
