How long does it take you to start SMB service? Could you please provide the TNAS, hard disk model and TOS version?

Can you tell us what type of hard disk you are using? An inappropriate or poor disk may have a cache problem which can cause such a problem.

Is the network discovery service enabled on your computer？

The logic for dual backups needs to be improved, and unidirectional synchronization is recommended for the time being.
