The patch didn't help. I started copying from attached USB drive to HDD and it hung after some time this the same symptoms...

I have had similar problem, TNAS becomes unresponsive after staying idle for some time. So far I have not got any clue on the issue.

It has started occurring that TNAS becomes unresponsive after staying idle for a day or so. Web page doesn't open, telnet/ssh doesn't open. So... tried to troubleshoot with support and they could only declare that SD card readers are not supported nor there are any plans for future support. This has cut off huge pie of use cases when customers need to transfer large SD cards files to NAS.

yes, I have full RW access over SMB. Created a test account with admin role, it gets RW access as well.
I can also access over SSH and have all manipulations with files.

Still no success from TNAS web UI under none of the accounts.
