Patch for log4j critical vulnerability?
Hi TerraMaster Team, Since the vulnerability associated with log4j (https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2021-4104) has set the internet on fire this past week, is there anything we need to be concerned with that would require us to patch our TOS versions to ensure we're not leaving our NAS data vul...

Resizable Columns for System Logs
Is it possible to make the columns resizable when viewing system logs so that I can view all the data per column? Unless I download the logs and view the CSV, there's only so much helpful info being displayed.

Re: Web Logout Successful! in logs
Ya thats what I would assume too. But why is the log in from the IPs not also logged? Terra support any thoughts? I agree. Shouldn't any successful logout correspond to a log-in that occurred earlier and originates from the same IP address? I can't see that on my end, which is why i started this th...

Re: Web Logout Successful! in logs
Thanks for the reply but I guess I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean. Why would my nas log out with a specific unfamiliar IP if I (or anyone else) were never logged at that time? Also, As you can see, there's no user associated with that action and the port is foreign to me. Would you...

Re: Web Logout Successful! in logs
Yes, it's an http log. See the attached example of the log entry. I looked up the IP and it was from a hosting service that's considered sketchy so my concern grows.
Is this an indication of an unsuccessful attempt to gain entry via a port?

Web Logout Successful! in logs
Hi, I was going over system logs for my F2-210 and noticed "Web Logout Successful!" in the Event column. I don't see a corresponding log-in for the IP's that the event corresponds to so I was curious what it even means. Note that they're associated with IPs outside my home network so I'm d...

Re: Mobile App 2.4.5 won't install
Thanks. That seemed to do it after also clearing all data associated with the app. The only negative now is that when I tap TNAS administrator form the menu, I get the, "Mobile Administrator is under recertification and will be opened in the next version" message.

Mobile App 2.4.5 won't install
I've received the play store update for 2.4.5 of the mobile app but for whatever reason, it fails to install. I've also tried side-loading and it still fails. I'm using a oneplus 5t on the most recent version of their OS and am not rooted. Does anyone know what the issue is? Previous updates never h...

Yeah, I did pause to make sure I didn't proceed with the wizard. I do have a ticket with support but was hoping some had experience with this. We'll see what happens...

Re: F2-210 Wiped?
Okay, here's an update since I can't edit my earlier post. Via SSH I can navigate to the /mnt folder and "ls" gets me a list of my created folders but I can't cd into them. Am I missing something here? Also, would reinstalling the latest TOS help? Is there a way to do that via SSH? And if ...
