Re: TOS 4.1.30 is released for update
Hello Team, i've no idea if it's an TOS Update Issue but i report it anyway: Is it possible to shutdown the NAS via the power button on the enclosure? If so it ain't working (anymore?) I tried to "shut it down" by holding the power button for about 10 seconds. There's a beep, my NAS is not...

Re: Mobile App 2.3.23 problem
Hey there,
i guess the problem is fixed. I'm not quite sure if my Smartphone was updating your app, but i've done a TOS update too so either of that fixed the issue, the special sign plus (+) is working in my password again.
Thank you!!
Regards from Germany

Re: TOS 4.1.30 is released for update
A Quick update:
I'm running the NAS since about a day with the new firmware 4.1.30
I've watched some videos and listend to some music via the NAS and the RAM is round about 10-15%.
The RAM issue seems to be resolved for me.
I'll keep you up to date!

Hey there, the update worked fine so far. -> I saw that some services like ftp, bonjour, telnet etc. have been turned on so you gotta turn them back off again. ->> after configuring the services to OFF they seem to stay off after a restart but i will keep an eye on that. -> You have to change back ...

Re: F4-210 RAm is full without any work
...in addition to my last post: The RAM won't unload after copying data from the internal NAS drives to an external drive (USB) via (Windows-) Computer. It remains at round about 95% even though i'm not doing anything with my NAS at the moment. After reboot it remains low (10-20%) but after accessin...

Re: F4-210 RAm is full without any work
For me the firmware upgrade did apply well,
I've done it with putty, worked fine so far.
The RAM is at round about 12-15% after reboot.
I'll keep an eye on that,
if anything occurs i'll let you know.

Re: TOS 4.1.29 is released for update
For me everything worked fine so far.
- NFS & SMB are still enabled after reboot
- FTP & Telnet are still disabled after reboot.
I was restarting about 3 times.
Thanks for the fix,
if it's not going to work anymore i'll let you know.
