I've found similar bug report in Samba: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14275 maybe it's related ... Anyway I would like to get any feedback from terramaster support. This is a long shot but have you tried disabling AFP support and Bonjour discovery in the TNAS settings? Both are enabled...

Well, actually i do have Mac users with TimeMachine enabled, but just to be sure i'll try to test such workaround and update you.

After pool rebuild i've removed smaller disk and at the moment I have degraded pool containing single big disk, but volume size is still as with original small disks. i.e. : 1. i had originally raid 1 out of 2tb + 2tb 2. then as you're suggested i've replaced first of 2tb disks with 14tb 3. then vol...

Did upgrade this way, and it's rebuilding at the moment.
But storage pool size is still showing original size ...
So I just wonder, will it be increased automatically, after i'll remove second original disk from the pool or do I need to adjust it somehow?
