We deleted the Snapshots -- I had 100 that were configured. This freed up 80 GB or so.

Then I turned off Snapshots completely and now have 2.32 TB free.

We will see where things go from here.

I was thinking the "Properties" issue on the Video Shared Folder might be leading to something, but the Time Machine file I deleted was on the public Share and that was ~1.3 TB is size.
