I didn't get much help from support and figured out the issue so I thought I post it here in case anyone else ever came across the issue.
Basically, DDNS with NoIP works on my NAS. However, the IP last checked and IP next checked boxes in the DDNS update results section never update.

I have those on my F2-210.. perhaps you're TOS version is out of date I now have Amazon S3 and Backblaze B2 apps even though I have not updated my TOS version (am on 4.1.21). Ok, understood. I would like to point out that this is not made clear in any of the product literature or manuals that I have seen. At no point was I aware of this and therefore this comes as somewhat of a disappointment. I can't be the only one that has felt like this.

I didn't suggest any other options in this post (although I did in another one) this one relates to an issue i am having with the current DDNS feature. I have emailed support for assistance with this. Thanks.
