I'm available from 8am - 9pm (UCT+8). Can some one help to check it? I got a local Terra support engineer checking my NAS just now, but it's not fixed. According to the engineer, the issue can't be fixed. I need to look for professional recovery company to try to recover my data. It's really unbelie...
