Try to remove all your drives, and reboot again wihout drive. This time, check if the device can normally power on, and if you can search the device with TNAS PC or mobile app. when you reboot without drive, the web UI should guide you to the initialization page.

Frankly speaking, we have not conducted any tests to mount a Windows directory to a TNAS.
