To migrate your RAID 1 from D2-310 to D2-320/D8 Hybrid,
1. power off your D2-320/D8 Hybrid;
2. turn the RAID mode switch to RAID 1;
3. insert your RAID 1 drives to the corresponding slots in D2-320/D8 Hybrid;
4. power on your D2-320/D8 Hybrid;

Please download TNAS PC client, and search your TNAS device with TNAS PC again. I am not sure if your TNAS IP address changed because the DHCP lease time expired.

Try to remove all your drives, and reboot again wihout drive. This time, check if the device can normally power on, and if you can search the device with TNAS PC or mobile app. when you reboot without drive, the web UI should guide you to the initialization page.
