Now I cant even login since the extra securty feature is not working. It will not let me fit the puzzzle bit in the expected window. Check the attached picture.

Ok, I managed to check the apps running at the time the device gets irresponsive. I cant do that, the result is the error message you see in the screenshot.
Any attempt for any action does that.
