Upgraded to TOS7 beta. All problems related to permission on users/applications have disappeared.

hi guys, just bought a brand new f2-425plus . installed tos 6.0.783. everything ok until i added users . no way to limit permission , I set read-only on a couple of shared folders but it has no effect, the new , no-admin, user can still write-delete files. Also permission on application doesn't work...
