Unfortunately, I cannot even log into the device. It boots and TNAS PC see the device, but when I try to log in using TOS, it says "502 Bad Gateway". I cannot log in using the mobile app either.

Thank you for the information. Sounds like a bug if this process can cause to the NAS to be completely non-responsive. Please look into a better method for handling such cases. I should not have to use the Power Button to shut down the system and hope it reboots correctly. If I upgrade the RAM from ...
