Greetings, I just purchased a new F4-423 and added 3 new 12TB drives. I clicked on the custom installation. All 3 drives checked good. Did the online TOS install. Software downloaded and restarted. Now I've been stuck on "Loading..., please wait!" for about 3 hours. Is this normal? If so a...
