Thanks, that helps. I had forgotten the "apt update" part

(I'm on TOS 6.0)

The TNAS comes with "more", but I'm longing for the better features that comes with the 'less' command. I don't see an immediate way to find and install it - how would I go about doing so, short of grabbing the source and compiling it myself?

Thanks for your reply. The problem is of course that after two minutes and even days, the account was still locked. Thus we need a manual way to unlock an account. I am not talking about turning it off. Only to unlock a specific account. Having such an option available to an admin should be a no-bra...

I still don't see a reply to the original question - how to go about unlocking a locked account, using an administrator user? Preferably by command line, but also how to do it in the UI if there is a possibility there?
