Any progress with this issue since I do also have same issue with Surveillance Manager app on my TNAS? Appreciate corrective actions for me to work on solving this concern.

Looks like the network connectivity issue is resolved. Found a firewall rule for port 8080 added for Guacamole causing this issue. Removing this FW rule resolved the concern. FYI
