Hi, it is recommended backing up data by placing two hard drives in the HDD1/2 slot and resetting the partition file format using the RESET button, and then verifying. Bought D8hybrid and two iron wolf pro 16tb drives a week ago, few days back it arrived, so after setting it up as hdd enclosure (single, default mode) i started copying files from pc to hdd's via Teracopy v4 software.
