Re: [Help] Need to remove Volume1 [SOLVED]
I installed new copper heat sinks w/ new thermal pads on the Nvme drives and reinstalled them swapping the install locations (1 TB vs. 256 GB). The system recognized the drive contents & re-enabled pool1 & volume 1. I reinstalled Jellyfin & Surveillance Manager. Both enabled & ran pr...

Re: [Help] Need to remove Volume1 [SOLVED]
You can delete the volumes and storage pools originally created on the two NVMe SSDs. When uninstalling the applications, be sure to check the option to delete their configuration files, and then reinstall these applications on the new volume. I have done so, followed by a system reboot. I also hav...

Re: [Help] Need to remove Volume1 [SOLVED]
I went ahead & removed the Nvme drives & restarted the F2-423. Currently have TOS 7.0.0765 installed. I attempted to re-install Jellyfin and Surveillance Manager, specifying Volume2 for application installs. The system said they installed successfully but both are hung at "enabling"...

The system previously resided on the Nvme drives but has been migrated to the two 12TB internal drives. Volume1 consists of the two Nvme drives as a JBOD. The 1TB Nvme has been causing ov...

Clicking the ptz control points has no effect. None of the cameras are in patrol mode.

Re: PTZ controls not working with Tapo and Mercusys cameras (ONVIF)
I have the same situation. PTZ controls within the app do not work for my Tapo C236 and C216 cameras. They also do not work for a BESDERSEC PTZ camera with model info of XM533_X3-WQ-B_8M. All cameras are accessed via ONVIF protocol. All these cameras respond properly to PTZ commands from their own a...

Re: Migration of recordings
Does Surveillance Manager automatically create a shared folder "Surveillance" on Volume 1 when going from disabled to enabled? I deleted that folder when I changed the storage location to Volume 3, but it reappeared following a disable/enable sequence with the app, despite the storage loca...

Re: Migration of recordings
I copied the folders & files from the old volume to the new one, then deleted the originals. None of the copied files were playable within the app even though playable externally. Within the app, the player window would stay blank when I would try to view a copied file. I deleted the entries for...
