I shut down the system, removed the hard drives, and I was able to hear the 3 beeps, 3 seconds after rebooting.

I attempted to perform a factory reset from the Control Panel, but now it seems that my server is possibly hung and I'm not sure what to do. I walked out of the room after going through the steps to confirm the reset, so I'm not sure how far into this process I currently am. It's been about an hour ...
