The version is TOS 4.2.07-2012241608. I do not think it comes from HDD errors of a file system issue. All the other apps have the same problem. See image: https://i.postimg.cc/FdBsLHvT/Capture-d-cran-2025-03-03-102355.jpg None of the recommendations below are feasible (most items have disappeared).
